How has US intelligence failed? Hamas is Israel’s responsibility not ours.
US “Intelligence” is responsible to keep an eye on anyone that IS or MAY be a threat to Legacy America and it’s Citizens, period.
We should be monitoring ALL terrorist groups. This is our responsibility, not to be fobbed off onto others.
