Well it actually did originally come from the left as a portmanteau of globalist and homogenization.
It was a critique of how globalist companies destroyed any national or local uniqueness or distinctiveness in favor of a globalist uniformity in architecture, urban buildings, city design, clothing, food, restaurants, tech products, consumer products, as well as uniformity in social and political, and even religious attitudes reduced to non-threatening liberal leftism.
It got taken up by those of us on the right who do not simp for globalist corporations and Big Tech.
An additional critique from the Right was that one could be dropped into the middle of any large city anywhere on earth and they would all look basically the same - including the people because of mass immigration and race mixing, even racial distinctiveness was starting to disappear
It has evolved into an assumed portmanteau of globalist homosexualism as reverence for “Pride” and worship of the Rainbow Flag (along with open borders) have become THE essential elements of globalist culture.
So in other words, the message to Poland was mostly peaceful...
That doesn't sound like something a conservative American would say.

And Russia has to rely on old artillery shells imported from North Korea, that powerhouse of economic might.

When I visited Warsaw last year and walked by our embassy, I flipped the bird at it when I saw them flying the rainbow flag.

Poland has not looked to Russia but they definitely have hitched their wagon to China. (When I lived there) Poland was hosting loads of Chinese “businessmen” and politicians. Northwest of Warsaw is a Chinese free trade zone that looks exactly like a Chinese industrial zone. Signs are all in Chinese. All brand new brutalist architecture and loads of Chinese workers.
Granted this was a few years ago (came back just before the Kung Flu lockdowns) so I can’t speak for it now but they were VERY interested in Chinese investment.

Unlike you, I have a keen observation of how globalists operate.
They are eyeing up Poland and Hungary and they will start using their groups, usually given some benign or nice-sounding title, to infiltrate and force Poland and Hungary to accept the savages.
Hungary has held out, fortunately. But they've already making an inroad into Poland.
Even Polish advertisements feature mixed-race couples and such. They're prepping the battlefield.
