I think Poland has kept them out as has Hungary.
They recently had a vote in which one of the parties that supported open borders won a majority.
Poland has certainly tried to, after agreeing with the UN, NATO and Globalists to accept them, and taking the money.
Polish Military and Police are occasionally shooting them, breaking their legs and letting 'em lay at the Polish Border.
Hungary has not agreed to accept any, so they can legally keep 'em out.
