Ronnie might be a nickname for Barackaron, or Da'RonSho, or some other made up freedom name purchased from the local "Let Us Make Up A Name For You" store, located in between the nails/weave salon on one side and a government assistance office on the other side.
It's unlikely to be somebody named after Ronald Reagan or the brunette from Riverdale.
