Russia has been maneuvering around that location for months. There in no new arranging of troops there. They were already on site.
Since the war in Donbas has been underway starting 2014, Ukraine has been arranging hyper hardened locales there. Mariopal, then Bakmuht, now Avdeevka. They require a long time to starve out the garrison.
This is not a new development.

From the beginning I’ve believed and said that Zelensky and Brandon should have negotiated a mutual and reasonable solution with Putin to prevent this war and destruction.
But then these wars that are always on our credit card are the vehicles by which our taxpayer money is shoveled out the door and dispersed always to other countries and infiltrated crooks like SBF and his crypto brokerage that pushed money back to fraudster Dems in theirs and in our government. We need to take our country back now while we still can and identify and throw out anyone that would put interests in other countries first. They’ve all figured now that their wars will be paid for by making poorer Americans.
