DUBAI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Iran said that the United States would "be hit hard" if Washington did not implement a ceasefire in Gaza, the country's Minister of Defence was quoted as saying by the semi-official Tasnim news agency on Sunday.
"Our advice to the Americans is to immediately stop the war in Gaza and implement a ceasefire, otherwise they will be hit hard," Mohammad-Reza Ashtiani said.

Iran would never threaten us in such a manner if Trump were Prez. But then again if Trump were CIC there’d be no war either in Israel or Ukraine. Strength is the best deterrent.

Free the hostages and the ceasefire begins... That’s the ticket... But here’s the problem... They don’t have that many hostages left. Most have already been killed or so brutally treated, that releasing them isn’t an option.

I wonder what Iran is worried about. Will Israel find something in Gaza that will incriminate Iran? Will the infrastructure of Hamas disappear? Will several Iranian spies be captured in Gaza? Why are they fighting so hard to stop Israel from moving in and taking over Gaza? They don’t care about life. Certainly they don’t care about the lives of Palestinians. So what are they so worried about?
