A senior Hamas commander told the UK's Daily Mail that Hamas leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar had "destroyed" the lower levels of the terrorist movement by ordering the October 7 attack, according to a report by the British newspaper on Sunday.
The commander, calling himself Abu Mohammed, told the newspaper in an interview over Telegram that originally the plan was to kidnap a few Israeli soldiers, but the orders were changed at the last minute by Hamas military leaders to conduct the massacre which ended up taking place on that tragic Saturday morning a month ago.
"Our reason to speak is that we want to raise our voice to the world. My dear Gaza is under bombardment," he lamented: "The problem is because of our leadership."
The commander pointed to the fact that Haniyeh and other leaders live in splendor abroad while he's sustaining himself on some dates and olive oil.
Abu Mohammed also accused Sinwar of "acting like a street fighter," saying Hamas terrorists were told to "do what they like" when attacking Israel.
The commander additionally stated that contact had been lost with Hamas's political bureau, saying "We don’t know what direction to go in next. We don’t know which path to take. They destroyed us."
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant also spoke about the disconnect between the Hamas leadership and the lower levels of the terrorist group recently, saying that Sinwar has been completely cut off from the rest of the organization and that Hamas's command structure is collapsing.

This has happened over and over again. Attack Israel, Israel responds and inflicts a lot of damage, the usual suspects immediately call for a cease fire (to save the innocents which they care nothing about in the first place), aid pours in to rebuild, then much of the aid money is stolen or re-directed to benefit the leadership. That same leadership live like kings in other locales while everyone else gets the scraps and misery.
Since this has been repeated so often, one can only surmise that the folks responsible for all that aid are getting a cut as well.
These are the guys the NYPost reported to be worth collectively 11 billion dollars. Thieves, in other words.

What you’ve describing is pretty much the way politics works everywhere. Only differences are in the various details and justifications.
Operation was changed at the last minute ? I think that’s nonsense. The entry into Israel was well planned and cartied oit. Multiple points were breached. The hang glider assault hardly resembled some last minute addition. Maybe this guy is hoping to have the Israelis comcentrate on killing these two guys in Qatar and calling it a day. But no way was this op a last minute change.
Israel will never know peace until “palestine” can only be found in history books. islam is completely incompatible with civilized society.

They burp up two controversial leaders, then demand a cease fire and billions in foreign aid from Western countries.
Hamas sent 2,000 amphetamine fueled Suicide Soldiers into Israel.
ALL of their commanding officers remained in Gaza!
Israel killed 1,500 of their Suicide Soldiers.
Most of the 500 survivors transported hostages back to Gaza.
All of this was planned and approved by the senior Hamas leadership, in Qatar, and in Gaza.
When this is over, hopefully it doesn’t spread to a regional war involving the USA, Israel should put out terms of a peace deal with Gaza.
Basically, give the population a plan if they want to move forward.
Hamas must be dismantled.
Gaza must recognize Israel’s right to exist and say so openly to everyone in Gaza.
Offer to seek peace with Israel.
Account for all the money that has gone to enrich Hamas leaders and fight Israel versus helping the masses which was the intended purposes.
Elements are out there for peace, other Muslim countries have made peace with Israel, people in Gaza can too, just not with Hamas in charge.

That is not a true statement. In reality Hamas is being bombarded into obliteration. Gaza outside Hamas is not being bombarded.
The Gaza problem is that Hamas permeates Gaza and what’s Un bombarded is isolated.
