Hamas has lost control of the northern Gaza Strip, IDF spokesperson R.-Adm. Daniel Hagari said in a statement Saturday night.

"Hamas is committing a war crime in its use of hospitals and has been spreading false messages that we are attacking Shifa hospitals," Hagari added. "This is false, we are only fighting terrorists near the hospital."

I’m all for giving aid to Israel as it makes them being forced to go nuclear less likely, but given their progress so far, I’m not so sure they even need any help.

So the obvious question that the media talking heads refuse to address is “Why would the IDF waste ammunition shooting at peaceful hospital patients or peaceful refugees huddled near a hospital?”

The obvious answer is because there are terrorists near the hospital. If the terrorists left that area, the IDF would follow them to another part of Gaza. It seems pretty clear to an impartial observe that Hamas is using the hospitals as cover.

I hope this IDF guy is right and they really do have control of N Gaza.

But looking back at Grozny, the Chechens used tunnels to attack from behind against the Russian forces. It would look like they had secured an area, and then it would start up again.

There is even more tunnels in Gaza than Grozny, so these IDF guys have to be really cautious that they have secured the area.

If Iran and then China, Russia and North Korea get into it, we’ll have a world war on our hands, and I doubt America will be in any position to help Ukraine, Israel or Taiwan, as the West Coast, Japan, South Korea and Guam will also be in play. But we’ve got Ghaza and probably the North, so long as the Quartet of Evil are content to make their aid just through their proxies.
