Seriously, by now do we expect truth from a weaponized Deep State agency within the Biden administration?
The Secret Service since its inception has been keeping secrets from the public. I mean all the Kennedy mistresses, all the LBJ mistresses, all the things Bill Clinton did....really they keep secrets. Don’t expect truth from them. Which is another good reason to used the oversight of the Budget on keeping control of them.
Your historical examples remind me the Secret Service hiding FDR’s inability to walk—or even Woodrow Wilson’s severe stroke.
