“”I hope all this adulation doesn’t go to his head””

Are you speaking of Trump? It’s a little late for that, isn’t it? He’s always had a high opinion of himself and I love the man but come on, such an ego would be hard to match!! With all he’s accomplished - long before the WH - he really deserved to be proud of what he’s made of his life. I bought his first book years ago when it came out - “The Art of the Deal”; had never heard of the guy before and he sure impressed me.

Maybe your statement was “tongue in cheek?”

You sound like a “Never Trumper” which I certainly am not.

How would you feel if you were a multibillionaire, gifted with humor and common sense, married to a knock-out gorgeous lady, and President of the U.S.? Might you have “a big head”?

For all the stuff he has going for him, I think Trump is doing well, and shows more humility and respect than the Never Trumpers and the Left give him credit for.

The beginning of one of the debates in 2016 was very telling. Ben Carson was due on stage before Trump but they didn’t call his name. Guys like Cruz breathlessly just brushed by Carson without hesitation so they could be seen on stage. But when Trump’s name was called he just waited and continued to wait behind Carson. Finally they called Carson’s name and then afterwards came Trump. Class act.

Nevertheless, humility doesn’t win wars. Patton-like confidence and determination wins wars and we are in the war against the Hellish Left for America’s life.

There’s a lot more to Trump than NT’rs & the Left give him credit for. He’s giving his all for America. God bless him.

Similar to me. I read the book in 1990 and there was no doubt in my mind he should be POTUS some day.
