Washington, DC, Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser declared a public emergency in the nation’s capital this week after the opioid fatalities spiked and juvenile crime soared ten percent from 2022’s alarming rate.
The order will enhance the activation, implementation, and coordination of aid agreements between the District, federal, and local authorities to allegedly reduce crime.

It goes far beyond “policing” and the “criminal justice system”.
Each birth, regardless of “race”, represents potential that can be fulfilled or destroyed by environmental factors and parenting. People are not much different than animals in that regard - think of a puppy and what they may become based on training, love, and socialization vs what the absence of that energy input produces (a bad dog).
The wasted potential of these children is a moral stain upon our nation.
Has anyone considered building new prisons to house these criminals, and get them off the streets?
What can we say? There are disproportionate numbers of feral black youth and street gangs causing so much crime.
And this happens in cities such as Washington, where many black people are in positions of authority, such as mayors, chiefs of police, policemen and women, school board members, teachers, school superintendents, etc.
Are there problems in the black community, black inner city communities, which lead to anti-social and criminal behavior?
But why are there issues, if black people are in charge in so many places? We know it can’t be racism, because black people are in charge. And they are also Democrats, so if anyone gets into the political angle, there is no way they can blame Republican policies for their problems.
Whatever could be causing this problem? 🤔

The literacy proficiency gap between young White students and students of color in the District continued to widen during the second year of the pandemic, according to data released recently by D.C. Public Schools.
The data shows that at the beginning of the current academic year, White students were hitting early literacy benchmarks at rates similar to their performance levels before the coronavirus pandemic. But Black and Hispanic students were still far behind where they were in the fall of 2019, months before school buildings shut down and students were sent home for virtual learning.
Twenty-eight percent of Black students and 30 percent of Hispanic students were considered proficient on a test administered in fall 2021, according to the data. Seventy percent of White students hit these benchmarks.
Funny how that works huh?
Yep and they end up getting funding for the ploy.
