Does a man’s wife’s death due to dementia and/or organ failure exonerate the man for all of his sins? I thought it took repentance and what Jesus through the scripture asked us to do. I really can’t come up with anything else to say. Those people cause so much damage that I remember it even though I was a young teenager at the time.

A loving husband who has himself been in hospice for most of this year. That would be my guess.
Seriously, I'm not one to leap to Jimmy's defense... but you might think about cutting him a bit of slack. This situation was out of his hands.
I would not agree with that but Jimmy Carter was warts and all a classier Democrat POTUS than those who would follow him and Rosalynn Carter stayed with Mr. Carter for 77 years a tribute in and of itself.
Where do you think this “hospice” is? He is being treated in hospice in his house. He was with his wife, who was suffering from dementia.

Jimmy was the only one who didn’t get an envelope at Bush Sr’s funeral.
Carter is persona-non-grata amongst current Democrats, and frankly, I don’t think Jimmy has had many kind words for the Democrat presidents that came after him. Of course he is even harsher on the Republican ones.
He was an incompetent but not NWO.
I had a sister in Hospice and I had a dear friend in Hospice.
And they were cared for in far different ways.
My sister was pampered, respected, and catered to.
My Dear friend, was disrespected, treated harshly and did not deserve that.
I am familiar with what Hospice means, Please do not send me any posts, as it is too painful for me.
