Whenever you hear that Jim Jordan has issued a subpoena, you can know that the subject thereof is thrust head first down the memory hole.
Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan’s subpoena of Biden’s Asst U.S. Atty Lesley Wolf is significant in the impeachment inquiry due to her alleged bias investigating Hunter Biden for tax and gun violations:
<><>Wolf allegedly refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe Biden being “the big guy.”
<><>She allegedly ordered 2020 investigators to erase mentions of “Political Figure 1”
<><>Investigators were ordered to falsify a search warrant to protect Joe Biden,
<><>A document subsequently released showed that Joe Biden is “Political Figure 1.”
<><>Wolf allegedly prevented then-US Atty David Weiss from questioning email on Hunter’s laptop
<><>Hunter’s email detailed a business deal with Communist China’s CEFC Energy Co.
<><>Significantly, Hunter’s email mentioned “Ten held by H for the big guy.”
If you were in Jordan’s position, what would you do differently?
If you want an investigation with real consequences, then you need to drill down deep, and these people cover their tracks and resist inquiry.
OR... we could just rush into a big circus tent impeachment without any good red meat.
