I doubt most people would take advantage of that hacking. But how about the other way...hacked to 10 MPH, now that would be HYSTERICAL. Even funnier is that it would only affect cars subjected to this type of control, so the rest of the drivers would be going crazy.

There is a school zone that I occasionally pass through when I’m going to Helena or Great Falls, MT — the yellow lights blink when children may be present (before and after school). It becomes a 55 MPH zone!
