I am not surprised by this. It has been a practice for millennia that any soldier that collaborates with the enemy is subject to immediate death as a traitor. But it does emphasize two things:
1) Hamas, the ruling party, is at total war bent on genocide, and Israel is advised for it’s own survival to fully prosecute it as such.
2) There are Palestinians who disregard Hamas, and who may still believe peaceful coexistence is possible once Hamas is killed off.
This of course seems obvious to us, but it’s difficult to get this through to left-leaning ideologues.
The savages have been taught savagery since they were born. Savagery is embedded in their culture. Their minds don’t function normally and they have never done a worthwhile thing in their entire lives.
Anybody who thinks they can become a normal, peaceful productive state on the world scene is insane.
Men have a lot of time to just sit around and create problems in their mind, and in actuality: In 2020 unemployment was in excess of 40 percent in Gaza and 15 percent in the West Bank. One of the best kept secrets is the rate of unemployment in all Muslim nations. It is astounding.

The PA is no better than Hamas, just a bit more prudent. You would also have to destroy the PA, and Islamic Jihad, and any other group that might arise in their place. The simple fact is that there can be no peace between Israel, and any of the so-called Palestinians. The only peace that Israel has a chance of obtaining is with nations that are further away, and not directly involved in any kind of conflict with it, like Saudi Arabia.

It's not an irony. They think they can use Muslim radicals as "hired muscle" to replace Western governments with Marxist alternatives then buy off the Muslims with social welfare benefits so they will retreat peacefully to their villages and let the obviously smarter and wiser collectivists run things.
Of course, the ugly surprises they are getting from attempts to implement this plan in Europe haven't really deterred them - Communists hate us more than they fear Islam.
