I don’t consider DC to be US territory. The Constitution requires 1) an impartial jury, but also 2) that the case be tried in the district where it allegedly occurred. If Jack Smith claims it occurred in DC, those two requirements are contradictory.
They want a conviction, no matter how blatantly biased and corrupt the judge is, and regardless if it’s overturned and the Judge imprisoned for her obvious violations of Trumps civil rights (I can dream anyway).
Despite any of that, they want to label Trump, “convicted felon” for eternity. That’s all they care about.
They believe this will turn off enough voters and prevent his reelection, and even hope it will keep him off the ballot in some states.
The democrat inquisition sage continues their only reward will be hell to pay.
Judges do not make laws it’s their duty to protect them and then you have democrat judges.
