Pfizer is sued by Texas over COVID vaccine claims

(Reuters) - Pfizer has been sued by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who on Thursday accused the drugmaker of misrepresenting the efficacy of its widely-used COVID-19 vaccine.

In a complaint filed in a Lubbock County state court, Paxton said it was misleading for Pfizer to claim its vaccine was 95% effective because it offered a "relative risk reduction" for people to who took it

Paxton said the claim was based on only two months of clinical trial data, and vaccine recipients' "absolute risk reduction" showed that the vaccine was just 0.85% effective.

He also said the pandemic got worse even after people started taking the vaccine, developed by Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech.

"Pfizer intentionally misrepresented the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine and censored persons who threatened to disseminate the truth in order to facilitate fast adoption of the product and expand its commercial opportunity," the complaint said.

The (DNA-Polluted) mRNA injection manufacturers took ZERO steps outside of the federal government’s specific instructions, as funneled through the Department of Defense.

The parties Paxton has called out as defendants have the biggest and most derp-pocketed and invisible and intimidating of friends.

Not that wise and circumspect individuals such as yourself don’t specifically or intuitively know that. But it should be said out loud at moments like this so others can be dragged kicking and screaming to recognize and acknowledge the huge Overton Window shift that has taken place.

I am a retired PhD Clinical Microbiologist and worked for (at the time) Burroughs Wellcome LTD while going to grad school. The process of bringing a new drug or vaccine to market is a long one. These vaccines were rushed to market thanks to government induced hysteria without being adequately vetted. I will NEVER have any of them injected into my body, especially for a virus with a lower mortality than Flu A or B. I never bought into this covidiocy scamdemic from day one and was not the least bit reticent about expressing my opinion about it. I had it, and at 65 was supposedly part of the most at-risk demographic. To say the least I was underwhelmed. Granted I did not have any underlying medical conditions, which is the demographic that comprised the highest mortaligy demographic. I have had cases of Flu A that were far worse.

There are far too many galactically uninformed sheep in this country who take what they hear in our totally disingenuous "media" as truth.

It is interesting that Poland -- among other nations -- has refused their "allotment" which the EU Commission had promised in the dealings with Pfizer, and since partner BioNTech is German-registered, this will also become part of identifying the true fascists behind the con. Where would our society be without “Big Pharma”? Without drugs to combat a number of diseases our life expectancy would be a lot less than it is right now? Vaccine companies cannot be sued if they acted in “good faith.” If it is proved they deceived and committed fraud, then that immunity is out the window.
