But it all goes back to open borders and the myth of unfettered immigration being a national ‘value’. When LBJ/Ted Kennedy destroyed our nation with the 1965 immigration act, America stopped being a unified nation of common people. Instead it became a shell corporation and nothing more than a marketplace where the only thing that matters is how much money you can make. Any sense of brotherhood with fellow countrymen has long since been destroyed.
That was crucial destruction point of our nation put over with seemingly little objection at the time, mostly due to sympathy for Ted's brother being assassinated. Ironic considering that LBJ along with the CIA may have been ultimately responsible.
But Ted, being the epitome of swine, was utterly down with trashing the last of his better brother's legacy for the sake of destroying sensible immigration policy for the sake of potentially Democrat vote majority...while uttering the blatant lie that passing that bill would not harm our nation.
