Michigan did the same including charges with 14 year prison terms for a sitting mayor and various GOP leaders——all of whom were there to thwart the coming expected reply to finding massive vote fraud by the Dems “Well, isn’t that a shame but it’s too late because you don’t have an available slate of alternate electors. Dems win.”
This was lawfare by the execrable AG Nessel (America’s first lesbian AG—who once said in a speech: “Drag queens are fun. Every school should have a drag queen.” She also quickly had all voting machines erased and set back at zero the day after the election was ruled for Biden when Gov.Whitmer told her to do it to comply with the law that machines have to be made ready at zero in time for the next election. They did it the next DAY to be sure not to miss the deadline months later.
