I know this won’t happen because it’s too common sense but a moratorium should be declared for all federal funds to colleges and universities until they can show that their practice and bylaws are in compliance with federal guidelines.See, that would get everyones attention right away. Threats are meaningless.

I was wondering how government can punish what someone says. I’m ok with an employer firing someone for what they say if it violates the employer’s rules for their employees.
However, the government withholding financial support seems reasonable and constitutional.
