This is a no-brainer after the Russia BS. The government has proven that it can't be trusted when it comes to FISA (and many other things, but I digress), so it should be ended. The case should be really easy to make to the American people, even some dopey Democrats would go along with ending FISA.

The House would use a parliamentary procedure known as “Queen of the Hill,” wherein whichever bill gets the most votes would become the bill that gets sent to the Senate for consideration. As I understand it since he pulled both bills there is currently no bill supporting reauthorization of FISA and it will expire.
Why is this not a good thing? What am I missing?

Blunder? Pulling the bills means he and the GOP in Congress listened to their constituents. I see no blunder.

It’s like killing the 1994 modern gun ban ... back in 2004, all Congress had to do was take the bold and courageous step of doing nothing.
If Breitbart thinks letting FISA die in miserable ignominy is a blunder, something has gone dreadfully wrong with Breitbart.

Kill FISA before it kills us.The funny thing, is all they have to do is nothing and it dies on 12/31. This is one instance where congresscritters should do NOTHING.
