The man is an epic twat! I agree the Republicans could stand to & needs to attract voters of all colors. The GOP does look a little like the middle aged, white guys golf & tennis team. That’s an honest & helpful critique of one of the many realities that has to improve in future elections. But how he worked in a praise of Democrats, particularly when he knows that for a century or better, they became diverse & triumphant by being underhanded & appealing to people’s basest instincts. They stoked racism & grievance every single election I can remember. The fact that! What a he would choose a farewell address to praise the Godawful opposition is telling. What a freaking twat!! Uniparty indeed! 🙄🥱

Tell that to Myrna Flores who is running for Congress in Texas, Dr. Ben Carson, the late Herman Cain, Nikki Halley, Vivek, Congressman John James, Congressman West from Texas, Byron McDonald, the two black GOP women from Michigan and Massachusetts who ran for Secretary of State, Abe Humadel in Arizona, The Hispanic woman in Nevada who ran for Attorney General, Cameron in Kentucky, a recent U,S, Senate candidate in Georgia, etc.
This just shows that he was a fake, lying poser right from the start. Just like most all the other GOP leadership. They are there for power. Second-tier power because that’s all the good they are. Can’t lead, only follow and that means they let/like Democrats in power. They only have to appear to be the opposition but in reality they’re right there lock-step in cahoots with the Democrats and the power and money the Democrats deign to give them.
AFAIC, the first clue anyone should have recognized about him was the back slapping pictures of him and Paul Ryan.
