5 resigned from 1 college. How many of these worthless positions do they have? Now multiply it by the number of colleges. Millions of dollars wasted on their salaries.
They will just be replaced by someone else.

Perhaps the ones who quit were finding it to hard to find enough of the “right ethnicity” folks with at least some qualifications to enroll?

A couple weeks ago, alumni were informed that a new Masters Degree in DEI was being created.
This is a formerly religious affiliated university that required mandatory Chapel once a week in the 1960s.
As recently as 2004, the student body voted 60% to reelect George W. Bush.
Tragic. Breaks your heart. I stopped donating about 10 years ago, yet their endowment continues to grow.
Hopefully, that growth is based on foundation money and stock market performance - not alumni.

DEI is nothing more than discrimination against Whites, and increasingly Asians and Jews to make way for White liberals placing Yes Men and Woman in positions that are neither not needed or for which the Affirmative Actions are incompetent.
It’s been going on for more than a half century and should have been put a stop to by Nixon and the courts before it got way out of hand and misnamed and abused into quotas
