Republicans Threaten to Take Joe Biden Off Ballot in States They Control
Newsweek ^ | Dec. 20, 2023 | Kate Plummer

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick suggested Biden should be removed from his state's 2024 ballot due to his administration's response to immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border.

"Seeing what happened in Colorado makes me think—except we believe in democracy in Texas—maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing eight million people to cross the border since he's been president disrupting our state," Patrick said.

Political commentator Gunther Eagleman posted on X that Biden should be removed from the Texas ballot after the Colorado ruling. Peachy Keenan, a conservative commentator and author, took it a step further, writing on X: "All red states should immediately petition their courts to remove Biden from the ballot."...

I suspect there are more states (and more EVs) that can be blocked from Trump than can be blocked from Brandon.

Biden has hurt Texas badly with his malicious open border policy. Genuine harm done in breach of his sworn responsibilities to all Americans in general — including those has victimized in Texas.

Don’t bother going after the voter fraud that has occurred all these years, but let’s play tit for tat instead. Republicans are cowards.

Definitely a BAD idea, especially when virtually all of the crucial states Trump needs are controlled by either the Rats or a RINO in the case of GA.

Bingo. Every critical swing state but one has a Democrat in charge of the important election administration office (Secretary of State).

The lone exception is Georgia, and Raffensperger despises Trump so he’s as bad as a Democrat.

"Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick suggested Biden should be removed from his state's 2024 ballot due to his administration's response to immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border."

Don't talk about it. Do it.
Someone should ask Patrick what he thinks about that upcoming lefty wet dream movie "Civil War" and how exactly Texas and California wind up allied against a presumably future Trump administration. I suspect the questioner will have to wait for the laughter to subside.

Texas Lt Gov Dan Patrick suggested Biden should be removed from his state’s 2024 ballot
due to Biden’s non-response to global immigration at the once inviolate US-Mexico border.

Seeing what happened in Colorado makes Texas think maybe they should take Joe
Biden off the Texas ballot for encouraging eight million illegals to invade the border.

As well as for Biden’s blatant election interference.......to nail down illegal Democrat votes........

“Since Biden’s been president, the disruption to our state (is overwhelming),” Patrick said.

I think this is the real problem - all these legalistic recriminations exacerbate chaos, benefiting the Democrats. Just let the CO GOP cancel the election and change to closed party caucus format.

No more Dem cross-votes. No more ability to manipulate an election.

Most of the swing states Trump would need are DEM controlled. Even with GA, you have to deal with the RINOs there who absolutely HATE Trump.
