Understanding the difference is vital. The reason so many people use the term democracy is they have no idea we are actually a republic.
I guarantee 9 out of 10 people under the age of 25 have no idea we are a republic and THAT is why it’s so important to use the correct terminology.

My ground is the corrupt press and open borders. Yours might be more basic... a root cause that could be affecting the ones others of us have chosen, So I wish you well. And while you’re at it, have you noticed when liberals talk about ‘saving our democracy’ it sounds more like ‘save our power advantage’?
