I agree with John Schneider - hang them both. Whenever I think of John Schneider I remember an Octoberfest I went to 40+ years ago when some drunk old lady started throwing herself at me saying I looked like John Schneider. I suppose there’s a resemblance but I suspect she had her beer goggles on lol.
