They are scheduling appointments for asylum seekers into 2031. Eight years from now.

2/2) Kolken tells me his client is a legitimate asylum seeker with what he feels is an air tight case, but because the system is so backlogged with illegitimate asylum claims, he’s not sure they’ll ever get a chance to argue it in court with her next check in 8 years into the future. “It made me realize the Biden administration is basically providing backdoor amnesty for anyone who wants to show up at the border,” he said.

If you have any doubt that the current situation at the border is completely out of control- and if you do, where have you been during Joe Biden’s presidency?–this should wake you up.
Our immigration system is so swamped that people entering the country seeking asylum won’t have their cases adjudicated for 8 years. Assuming any of those people actually show up, which seems to be a pretty ridiculous assumption.
What I particularly love about this notice is how specific it is, down to the hour she is supposed to arrive. 7:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 23, 2031.
I’m sure that she has it on her calendar and is already picking out the outfit she is going to wear.
This is beyond absurd. This is an affront to the people of the United States, those few people entering the country with genuine arguments for getting asylum, and to every child who will be born between now and 2031 in the United States.
The Biden Administration and Alejandro Mayorkas are now just laughing in our faces. They are taunting us.

This is the third article I have written on illegal immigration in as many days. Not because I am obsessed with illegal immigration but because this is emblematic of everything that is wrong with the current federal government. The people in charge have no respect for the rule of law, the citizens of this country, or even the people they claim to be compassionately helping. There is a reason why there is a saying that “justice delayed is justice denied.” If this woman has a legitimate asylum claim, then it should be adjudicated promptly.
But nobody in charge cares about doing their job efficiently or well. The Biden clan wants to flood the country with illegal immigrants and is practically carrying them across the border to make it happen. It is as organized as the evacuation of Dunkirk.
Do we even have a country anymore? Or are we just going to hand everything over to the cartels and call it a day?

Out of control? Hardly. It appears to be working as intended by the current administration.
Encourage your states/counties/cities to pass laws not to fund them. To arrest and or bus them out to sanctuary cities. Your state has borders too. Keep waiting for feds to act and they’ll be sleeping on your doorstep. Republicans and Democrats will never lift a finger or they would have stopped this already.
I honestly do not understand why, if most never show up, there is such a backlog.
Broken system. Of course it’s overloaded after 10 million illegal alien invaders in 3 years.
Can this be undone? Is there history, precedence, and law to allow the government to reschedule a hearing to say 30 days from now? And what about those work permits they are given, can they be rescinded either way?
I wonder how PDJT 2.0 is going to be able to round up all of these illegal invaders and deport them.
They won’t be here long enough for a court date. Trump will be deep sixing them out of here very soon.
He may have to use the military.
And when the top brass refuses to follow what they claim to be an illegal domestic law enforcement order ?
Its not an illegal order though.
Of course, but just like our current situation at the border, there is no way to force the military to obey a direct order from the President if they don't want to, especially now since Obama stacked the DOD with leftist fellow travelers.
This was planned. They will be in the U.S. for years, and in that time they will create anchor babies, and then they will claim they should all stay because they have U.S. kids. Trump’s first act on January 20, 2025 should be to declare an invasion, suspend habeas corpus, and call forth the militia to round up the invaders. After enough time has past, Trump should issue a blanket pardon for the militia for any alleged crimes of the militia in dealing with the invasion and insurrection resulting from the illegitimate presidency of Slow Joe. Think about that idea for a bit.
Instead of the 3 not so smart illegals who show up, scheduling them 8 years out will guarantee there will be zero showing up.
