It’s hard to make that statement. An example of this is South Africa. The United States has the highest rate of private gun ownership in the world (88.8 guns for every 100 people), while South Africa ranks 50th, with a rate of 12.7 guns per 100 people. But gun ownership does not necessarily correlate with gun-related homicide: According to U.N. data, South Africa trumps the United States in that category, with a rate of 17 gun-related deaths per 100,000 people, as compared to the U.S. rate of 3.2.
So it’s in how you look at it. If you have more people, you have more guns, you have a greater opportunity to gun violence.
And weeding out the problem can be simple but very unfair. One way is by race. Black Americans, both male and female, are in a commanding lead in gun homicides. Black men delve out over 57% of gun deaths in the US according to the FBI. Should they be denied guns?
Using incomplete stats for this topic is nothing more than politicl agenda. So until someone comes up with a definitive way to be better than the crystal ball, nothing is going to work. And using the topic for political gain makes it worse.

And if you eliminate the 10 large black metro area stats, America is about like Switzerland.
Better yet remove blacks from the equation entirely and we are one of the safest countries in the world. But then again, this also the answer to everything…and simply impossible, since this failed nation has now gone the way of full fledged negro worship.
If only, if only, every country was able to weed out their problem areas and peoples the world would look magical. Except, ya can’t and we all live and die here.
