The Maine legislature appointed this partisan bimbo to the job. Even some Maine dems in the legislature have criticized the decision. This might be a time for the Maine legislature to advance a motion to recall her. She is an incredibly stupid person if she thinks she is going to get away with this unilateral stunt to advance her political career

These nut jobs “rulings” are just to remove the name from the ballot so no one sees it. It does not prevent you from writing in Trump’s name.
I visited the Maine Republican Party website and they are fighting it along with RCV. I emailed my friend, who is a Maine State Representative (from a few small towns solidly Republican) last night, but didn’t get a reply, yet.

You can, but if the SCOTUS says he cannot be president under the 14th Amendment, the vote won’t count because he will be prohibited from serving, even if he were to win, unless 2/3 of both houses of congress allow him to.
