That is what I see also, this isn’t just a business/government situation, this is all coming from the gay power cabal, it is part of an ongoing battle against this one business as an act of political/moral war.

Full disclosure ... I have been negotiating commercial leases for landlords for more than 15 years now.
Tony Simone is gay. He doesn’t care about hungry motorists on the New York Thruway. He hates Christians pure and simple. He also has ties to the Hillary Clinton.
Yes someone else could have leased, but the lease was to CFA (eat mor’ chiken’) and the ‘lease’ did not specify condition of 24/7 365 days a year operation. So there is a huge disconnect here in contractual obligations as negotiated and what the pissant politician is calling for.
The target is the point of all of the political attacks on CFA….whatever peripheral issues you may have regarding CFA does not change the fact that they are being targeted by political anti Christian politicians who were elected to do exactly what they are doing. Attack Christians, attack Jews, attack conservatives, attack anyone who does not conform to their LGBTQ+, transgender-care-affirming, abortion-on-demand-up-to-birth, govt controlled education and control of your kids…AGENDA. Simple to see through this, but we can all argue about CFA not being ‘conservative enough’ as they pick us all off one by one.
