Russia has requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council for 23:00 Moscow time on December 30 in connection with the shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and demanded the presence of the permanent representative of the Czech Republic to the world organization. This was announced by the first deputy permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, reports TASS.

IMHO if this got their attention then Ukraine needs to do more of it!

Russia fired S-300 missiles (in surface to surface mode) from Belgorod into Kharkiv. Ukraine retaliated by firing S-200 missiles (in surface to surface mode) into Belgorod. Ukraine’s retaliation was essentially a mirror image of Russia’s attack.
But you must first eat your meat.

According to TASS. Regardless, Russia has no qualms attacking Ukrainian cities and towns with cluster munitions. Goose, gander, fire with fire, etc.
