PALM BEACH, Florida — Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively that assuming he wins the GOP nomination for president again he will work to expand the universe of battleground states and aggressively compete against whoever Democrats nominate in states like New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Minnesota, and New Mexico.
Trump said he thinks he can compete in a number of states that Republicans have not won in many years in presidential elections. He said he plans to do rallies in these states, and work to try to win them—but maybe not as hard as the traditional battleground states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia. Trump even threw out a possible idea of renting out the iconic Madison Square Garden to hold a rally in the heart of Manhattan in New York City.
“One of the other things I’m going to do — and I may be foolish in doing it — is I’m going to make a heavy play for New York, heavy play for New Jersey, heavy play for Virginia, heavy play for New Mexico, and a heavy play for a state that hasn’t been won in years, Minnesota,” Trump said in the more than two-hour-long interview at his luxurious seaside Mar-a-Lago resort here.
Asked what he means by make a “heavy play” for states like New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, Virginia, and New Mexico, Trump said he plans to do rallies and speeches in those states as he campaigns for the presidency in the general election.
“I’m going to do rallies, I’m going to do speeches, I’m going to work them,” Trump said. “That doesn’t mean I’m going to work them as hard as I work Pennsylvania, where I’m doing very well.”

That all sounds wonderful Mr President, but what are you going to do about the deluge of fake ballots that start coming in from the following morning ? These ballots are custom made. So no matter what your lead was the previous night your opponent will end up getting more votes than you. What are you going to do about that ?

In 2020 PA Trump supporters were told (weeks before the plannedemic) that we only needed to flip 10% of the black vote in order to win the state.
I believe the time is right for President Trump to go into the belly of the beast and court black and brown demographics on their home turf.
Set a major venue site for a rally and establish/provide private coaches to shuttle potential MAGA voters from area neighborhood gathering points to the rally locations. Register potential voters at the venue. Establish captains to get out the vote.
In 2008 I had many staunch Republicans tell me that they could not vote for “that idiot woman” (Sarah Palin).

Trump’s VP pick needs to be more MAGA than he is, for there are the next 8 years after his presidency to contend with, and it’s going to take a wolverine’s backbone to fend off the oncoming opposition.
1. I think he is hoping that if he can be anywhere close in these states he will be able to make them spend resources there (they will have to move their ballot harvesting and cheating operation there taking away from battleground states).
2. Picking Haley for his VP would be done only if he was afraid that it would be the only way to get the Establishment/Rino vote. Think about it. She would have no power unless something happened to Trump. If it gets Trump over the top I have no problem with it. When in modern Presidential history has a President had a VP that was their BF? JFK had his polar opposite in Johnson. Reagan had Bush. Obama had the blundering fool Biden. Biden had the blundering fool Harris.

Trump had Pence. That dog doesn’t hunt (a repeat is out of the question). The GOPe is an existential threat to all of us. MAGA is ascending and the GOPe is sh!t out of luck. POUND SAND DC insiders!
It’s also going to take a continuation of Trump’s second term to right the ship... to root out the deeply embedded rot at the highest levels of FED GOV.

Hellinois USED to be a Republican state not that long ago. Downstate is solid red.
All it took to flip the state was a POS RINO - George Ryan to ruin the Republican brand. And then a moderate Dem Blago helped solidify the Dem brand in Illinois.
I still feel like Illinois is winnable for Repubs with the right candidate and a real attempt to win it... but that chicago fraud...
