A federal judge has dismissed the wrongful death claim against former President Donald Trump relating to the death of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who tragically passed away after the January 6th Capitol event.
For months, the mainstream media, with The New York Times leading the charge, lied about Officer Brian Sicknick’s death and falsely claimed he died from injuries suffered after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the Capitol riot on January 6.
...... Snip.......
In April 2021, the District Chief Medical Examiner ruled Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes.
The autopsy found no evidence of external or internal injuries, and Sicknick did not have an allergic reaction to any chemical irritants.

Well said.

This is very good news...because the Capital Police are suing Trump personally...and I think it’s before the USSC now.
Isn’t this the officer whose body they put on display in the rotunda while blaming Trump and his supporters for the death?
In other news, Courts find Donald Trump innocent of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ (but his words inflamed the mob).
Yup!
Untrue. This part of the. case was dismissed because the plaintiffs I’d not have standing to bring charges. The remaining conspiracy charges against Trump will continue.
Did Trump get an apology from them about the Steele Dossier?
There was a photo that came out a few days after the original.
It was taken 90 degrees from the photo media ran with.
It showed that the extinguisher hit the helmet of a cop standing next to Sicknick!! Media never reported it.
Wait. You say Trump was hit on the head? I never knew that.
What do you mean? MAGA supporters killed him! He was even laid in state at the capital building. What more proof do you need?/s
Does it really matter? More people were paying attention to the charge then than the verdict now.
Same guy, but he was cremated and his ashes were displayed in the box almost a month later (Feb 3, 2021)
I’m curious about the origins of the fire extinguisher myth.
Many might have been taken in via media repetition and misleading pics, but someone was the first to make this up. Liars need to be called out for what they are.
Does anyone here remember when this claim was first made and by whom?
Extremely unusually, his death was widely reported before it happened. Methinks the Deep State gave him a big shot of stroke causer, and spread news of his death. But he died later ... after two (!) strokes. Oh, and he was cremated immediately, so nobody will be investigating the hypothesis.
