I have a shooting buddy who was a commercial pilot (also Air Guard fighter pilot) who hit 65 and was retired. He missed the flying but not the increasing BS. Flew international routes, mostly to South and Central America. He used to bring back the most amazing coffee.

I have no problem with an old pilot in the cockpit over 65, with this proviso, I want the second pilot under 55.
