“Hopped up” as Overly Aggressive, hair trigger anger issues, argumentative, superiority complex, or simply muscle bound mean spirited A@@hole.
In my experience, having been a gym rat my entire life, is that steroids simply make the person bigger.
If he (or she) was a dick with an inferiority complex (which are both traits that lead to steroid use), he (or she) is large and strong dick with an inferiority complex.
But the steroids are not causal to the issue.
I know plenty of nice guys who use steroids abd they are just really big nice guys. The kind of guy who helps you move a piano.
