From what they said it was a biopsy procedure or something like that to remove the cancer since it was found early..I forgot the name of it, but I guess after wards it resulted in complications.

This sounds like a medically necessary procedure. Not sure why they initially said Austin had an elective surgery.

- biopsy

- prostatectomy (cut it out)

-radiation pellets

Because the VA doctors speak with you, explain the situation and ask what you want to do?
