Just order his army of drunken orcs to pack up their crap and go home. The Russian army IS home in the oblasts of the Russian Federation - Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Luhansk, the Russian Republic of Crimea and the Russian federal city of Sevastopol.
