Just who do you imagine you are that you attack Israel for defending its people ? The rapes alone, let alone the murder of the babies condemn Gaza. If there were 10 righteous men in the cities of Gaza, they cities would not be consumed by fire from heaven. Yet any righteous should flee as instructed. You would not lift a finger to save those women being subjected to rape. Yet the men of Israel are dying every day trying to save them without subjecting noncombatants to death. Yet your terrorists hide behind the civilian human shields because their hatred of Israel, which you share, consumes them body and soul. That is how we came to this place. MY colleagues? Just who are you saying are MY colleagues? I in fact have no interest in this fight. I have no tribal blood feud from centuries past. Do you? Does America? Surely not. It’s a foreign policy decision wherein states act in their best interest. Why the knee-jerk assumption - or religious zealotry - Americans must condone this fight. Has American interest improved or worsened since we put ourselves front and center to this insanity? Israel can put their big boy pants on and deal with this without using America as their cudgel. If they want to turn the Star of David into a weapon so be it, but I will never condone turning the cross into a sword. Perhaps you should reintroduce yourself to the The Beatitudes.

If you had no interest in this fight you would not have injected yourself, but you did. That suggests you and your colleagues are protesting the right of Israel to defend itself against the Philistines. Israel is doing the combat to try to rescue the women who have been raped and abducted, but not murdered yet, as well as the little children, elderly, and men who have not been murdered yet. No Americans are in combat in Gaza. If the Star of David bothers you so much it is from antiquity and represents the Shield of David, a reference to the LORD God of Israel who protects and defends Israel.

Keep in mind that Israel is feeding the Philistines who voted for Hamas. Elections have consequences, just like they did in Germany.

FLORIDA — Gov. Ron DeSantis has banned a pro-Palestinian student organization from state university campuses.

His administration said the group, Students for Justice in Palestine, is illegally backing Hamas militants, who attacked Israel earlier this month during a Jewish holy day, and is supporting a “terrorist organization.”

The group is calling for the end to Israel’s counterattacks on the Gaza strip.

Golly, no need to get personal. I indeed have no personal interest in the fight between these two groups bound in an ancient blood feud. In the same way I have no interest in whether a guy puts on a dress and pretends to be a woman or two girls hook up in a sexual tryst. But once these parties demand I accept their fantasy or support their lifestyle via tax subsidies or regulatory punitive law then I most certainly have lots to say. So similarly if the Jews want to kill Hamas or thousands of innocent Palestinians I simply do not care - but when they demand American treasure, blood and political leverage making this possible then damn right I now care and will push back.

It is simply not in American best interest to get involved. Seriously, has anything america has done in the “war on terror” actually improved much in the world? Thousands are dead. We destroyed Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, etc but none are exactly the Jeffersonian republic that ol’ Dubya promised. America’s reputation is far less respected. Did last night’s bombing of Yemen accomplish anything other than getting ratings for the cable news show, and more orders for the MIC (Niki call the office). I get it, you feel a spiritual attachment to this, perhaps even imagine a scriptural prophesy is in play, that’s all fine. A constitutional republic is probably better served with less emotion and more detached reason. And it certainly is ill served by empire building neocon lunatics that have never found a problem bombing and war won’t solve.

That simply is not true. Civilians that have not committed themselves to acts of terrorism are indeed innocent. Doesn’t matter what their ethnic origin is. I feel the same way about innocent civilian Ukrainians or Russians. If a Palestinian engaged in kidnapping, murder, etc, then they should be sought and punished. To kill simply on the grounds of ethnic origin is genocide. It was wrong when the Germans did it. Wrong when the Ukrainians did it in the Donbas. Wrong when Hamas does it. Equally wrong when Israel does it.

As for how someone votes, I cannot automatically condemn someone on such evidence. People vote for representatives for lots of reasons. Surely you don’t support the left’s locking up Trump supporters in a DC gulag because the left deems them terrorist by virtue of how they voted.

1. The Philistines in Gaza are committed to acts of terrorism against the citizens of Israel. It is in their national charter to destroy Israel. That is a fact.
2. Like the National Socialists in Germany, Hamas won the election in Gaza. As the German citizens suffered the consequences of that election and the war they began, the Philistines in Gaza suffer the consequences of their election and the war they began.
3. If a Philistine is engaged in kidnapping, murder, etc, he or she will be killed (unless they surrender). That is necessary to protect the lives Israel is responsible for.
4. The IDF does not kill based on ethnicity; it kills based on self-defense requirements.
