Earlier this week, multi-hyphenate billionaire Elon Musk endorsed a tweet suggesting Black students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) have lower IQs and shouldn't become pilots.
"It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE," he tweeted, intentionally mixing up the letters of the acronym for "diversity, equity, and inclusion."
Civil rights groups were understandably horrified at the billionaire's racist comments.
"The only thing anyone needs to hear from Musk about diversity in the workplace is an apology," Marc Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League, told NBC News, calling his statements "abhorrent and pathetic."
In his tweets, Musk appeared to imply that HBCU students shouldn't be allowed to become pilots. However, neither his statement nor the tweet he was responding to stand up to virtually any degree of scrutiny, from made-up average IQ numbers to wrongfully correlating high SAT scores with high IQ.

Challenge ANYONE who spouts such nonsense and they cannot cite any data of any kind.
But there is a wealth of data supporting the truth of it.
It's like men claiming to be women.
Musk pointing out the fact that the Emperor is naked.
Or design and build Boeing 737's.

Everything I’ve seen regarding this tells me Musk is correct for categorizing DIE as racist.
But I’ve not seen any other source indicating he said blacks at HBCU’s should not be pilots.

Iow, they just make stuff up, twisting meaning.
Many majority black colleges have a reputation for cutting corners and bending the truth in an effort to produce impressive levels of graduation and academic achievement.
If an outsider should dare to question these methods, they are often labeled as ‘racist or elite’, and dismissed or ridiculed.
Any political party or movement who holds on to the idea that only men from a handful of ethnicities are capable, deserves to be buried in the ash heap of history.
Special treatment is NOT equal treatment!
Oh, that brings to mind perhaps the funniest racist joke I ever heard told in a mixed race crowd by a person of color. It begins: . . . “so Billy Graham and a Boy Scout and MLK are flying in a plane . . . .”
Stop me if you know it . . . .

There are men of very ethnicity and race capable of any and every discipline. And capable of excellence in them.
But the averages are real.
You can believe that or not.
I could be wrong. But isn’t Elon Musk an Afican American?
It doesn’t matter what color they are or their IQ’s. If you make pilots of the less qualified candidates for any reason, you are reducing safety.
Elon didn’t say anything about IQ’s.

SAT scores are useful because they DO correlate very highly with IQ scores. Just about everything Musk said about DIE is actually true. Remember, the louder the Leftists scream the more right you are.
As I recall the tweet centered on air crew hiring by forced diversity. It had no relation to evaluating HBC institutions.

Wow — Yahoo considers this piece a news article? Even the Washington Post or the New York Times wouldn’t have the nerve to call this news rather than opinion.
Blacks are not inherently superior nor inferior to other races. I have no problem with a black pilot or any race so long as he or she is in the cockpit due to skill and meritocracy. That is what Elon Musk was really saying. His words were twisted to make him a racist which he is not.
The problem with blacks in our nation is cultural and being put on the democrat plantation of welfare. Welfare has destroyed the black family and many white families also.
I am a retired pharmacist. I have worked with blacks, Hispanics, Asian, etc. Those pharmacists went to the same schools and were very competent. They as I had one common trait, we were all raised in stable middle class families with standards. The problem is not race. The problem is family culture.
