YES! And furthermore, no hiring of insider DC staff that worked for other representatives or governmental officials.

There would need to be on onboarding program to train new non-polluted staff, with a focus on maintaining integrity and recognizing and not yielding to corruption.

Likewise, there ought to be a training program in red states to train future government officials. Who’s going to run government when the crooks in DC take night planes to Cuba, Venezuela, and China? If we don’t have people ready to roll, it will just be musical chairs with the justice-escaping high-level crooks being replaced with lower-level more discrete crooks.
