Unhappy, frustrated activists will go from city to city, school district to school district, looking for traction. More power to them; that’s how democracy works. No, it's not. Democracy is when citizens and/or their elected representatives vote on laws and stuff. Obsessed people disrupting one community after another is not "democracy."
