Amazing the found an attorney with the guts to filed this lawsuit. To paraphrase Johnny Carson when Ed McMahon made a dig at Carson’s expense: “He must have all the money he’ll ever need.”
It’s time for some medieval justice in these situations: the invaders to be impaled, along with their enablers, in front of the Capitol and the White House.
Why can’t our Congress force the government bureaucrats to release ALL records, unredacted? DHS “permitted representatives of the two committees to review the files in camera “with certain redactions.” Hopefully Trump will give an Executive ORDER when he assumes the duties that ALL Government Agencies will be required to get EXECUTIVE approval to redact anything and everything that i released to the proper authorities.
Watch Congress pass an indemnity bill in the dark of night prohibiting this type of lawsuit. You know, asshats.

Ok but “the Admistration” does not itself have any money. The money is ours. As in we the people who are demanding the Adminstration secure the border. So the victims receiving compensation is great but the wrongdoers don’t pay the tab.
It’s like when your local police department screws up and gets sued for damages. The department may suffer embarrassment but it is the townspeople who pay the money.

I hope this gets some traction. That said that case of the girl in SF who was shot dead by an illegal resulted in the illegal getting off scot free and basically laughing at the victims parents. So at best I’m cautiously optimistic this might go somewhere.

Biden’s border policies led to direct harm to an American citizen. File a complain with the police in the jurisdiction where she was murdered and name Biden as an accessory, and also file in civil court for damages incurred by Joe’s ignoring of US border law.
