The Walls are Closing In… Around Fani Willis
Front page mag ^ | January 21, 2024 | Daniel Greenfield

The same media that made her a star is trying to show her the door...

When the media turns on you, you’re done. And the media is turning on Fani Willis, for the same reason it originally rallied for her.

Is Willis jeopardizing GA election interference case? – CNN

How Allegations Against Nathan Wade and Fani Willis Complicated Georgia Case – New York Times

Top Fani Willis Ally Calls for Lead Prosecutor Nathan Wade to Step Aside – Washington Post

Credit card statements show Trump special prosecutor appointed by Georgia DA Fani Willis bought her plane tickets – NBC News

The only reason the media is covering the story is because they decided that Fani Willis’ conduct is damaging enough that she. and particularly Nathan Wade, need to go, because they’re impeding Job 1 which is run her side of a kangaroo court.

It is remarkably arrogant that Willis behaved this way while in the center of the biggest legal case in Georgia and one of the biggest cases in America. The lack of self-control inherent in moving Wade to the front of the line is almost impressively stupid.

But that’s the thing about inhabiting an echo chamber. It makes those at the center of it feel invincible until reality kicks in. And the reality is that Willis, like Mueller, was never more than a means to an end.

Social media culture turns obscure figures into celebrities by promising to destroy the mob’s enemies. The fame goes to their heads until the moment that they realize the mob doesn’t love them, any more than the French radical mob loved the man running the guillotine, it’s the promise of blood that draws them near.

Fanni Willis behaved stupidly. Now the same media that made her a star is trying to show her the door.

When the media turns on you, you’re done.

With the exception being Trump!

I rarely celebrate somebody getting convicted and incarcerated as I realize there is usually a slight chance that they are innocent and that they are getting framed or railroaded.

However, since this Fani Willis so publicly tried to frame and railroad innocent President Trump out of pure hatred and spite, and even gloated about it, I am so pleased to see her get her much deserved comeuppance.

And when she is convicted and sent to jail, as she should, I am going to literally dance a jig.

You reap what you sow.

It is interesting.. Trump commented on this illicit ‘love affair’ right at the start of his proceedings and no one paid any attention. It took action by another accused member in the docket to get things moving.

Could it be SHE thought she was IMMUNE to being found out and assumed she'd get-a-way with it.

Turns out she's just ANOTHER DUMBA$$ LIBERAL Democrat tripping up herself.

Typical Deep State tactics. Install useful idiots in positions of authority with access to public funds then use them for their nefarious purposes as the opportunities present themselves. Prosecutors, Judges, politicians are all promised rewards for doing the deep state’s dirty work. If it goes into the crapper they are thrown under the bus and the deep state moves on to the next useful idiots. There seems to be an endless supply of these folks, and case you haven’t noticed, none of them seem particularly bright.

Oops. Slipped by the spellchecker. Maybe that's how she'll get away with it. "That's not our Fani!"

I hired him. He had a good reputation.

I needed to get the best lawyers available to fight the lawyers only really rich people can afford to hire.

I found him charming and the man of my dreams.

I fell in love. He fell in love again.

We both were and are going through tough times and we used our financial compensation to compensate.

It’s going to be hard to make a criminal case stick.

The bar association should have and probably has stricter standards.

if Wade met with White House ‘staff’ twice for 8 hours each, then the WH knew and approved of him pursuing the case against Trump.

That the WH would know he was really not qualified and involved in questionable and possibly illegal activities is beyond question.

The President would only have to ask and in 5 minutes he would be given every scrap of info on Wade that every 3 letter organization in the Federal Government could find, including his previous corrupt activities, and when he had the oil changed on his $200,000 V-10 engined AUDI R-8.

All of her actions point to her wanting to be a hero, much celebrated as a celebrity, for the rest of her life.

God only knows what she was promised in return.

But that’s the thing about inhabiting an echo chamber.

Or it seems every black Democrat that gains political power can do almost anything and get away with it because they have the “race card” to play.

If she did the same thing while trying any other person beside President Trump her little walk on the dark side would not even be reported let alone investigated.

As the article points out the left is not concerned about her corruption but the fact she got caught interferes with the railroading President Trump.

This was a nothing burger case to begin with and so I don’t see how it can continue much longer.
