There will be no aw that can restrict the ppssession of weapons by illegal aliens who have crashed through our border.
THey will shoot to stay in America. And we will be forced to take them down.
That is happening whether the illegals are adjudged to have 2nd amendment rights or not. China will arm them.
Convicted felons, regardless of citizenship or not, will be denied purchase of firearms through normal firearms dealers.
Now, to make it illegal to sell a firearm that you own to another person is a stretch too far. That is a step to confiscation of firearms of all in USA. We can never go there. It is not worth the risk to think the Fed and State Government will be responsible controllers.
The 2nd Amendment must stand. Regardless of how bad this looks. Local control should be the enforcement level.
There is a good reason that for close to 60 months there has not been a month that there were less than a million firearms purchased. The public sees that we are in a legal crisis at the Fed Gov Level and in many Blue Lawless state.
