I firmly believe that only US citizens should have any rights under the 2nd Amendment. Not wetbacks...or those on a tourist visa,a student visa or a work visa.Not even those with Green cards. Only US citizens!

I’m not disagreeing with you, but the language of the 2nd might, since it says ‘people’ rather than ‘citizens’. There were some historical bans against selling weapons to Indians but they were considered ‘sovereign nations’.
