Well, to be fair, when Victoria Nuland and Jake Sullivan’s State Department blows up your natural gas supply pipeline, your choices are few.

“I saw that over the weekend. You have to hand it to the governments over there in Europe. They get their masses all fired up at Putin, while they quietly DISMANTLE their economies in the name of ‘climate change’, likely sending them back to the Middle Ages when they’re done.”

Meanwhile, they are buying oil from Russia via India thus circumventing the sanctions against Russia.

There great part is that the Indian oil trader is buying the Russian oil at a $30/barrel discount to the Brent Sea Crude price. Then they either refine it into diesel and sell it at the market.

Also, the Indian trader might just change the paperwork on the tanker carrying the oil a hope to get away with it. They also may transload the crude from one tanker to another or mix Russian crude with crude from another origin.
Now, that crude is mixed origin oil on the BOL.

Is Teresa Heinz-Kerry still out and about in public ever? Haven’t heard her mentioned in a long time; last was something touting golden raisins soaked in gin for better health?

Even Peter Zeihan has said that Germany is a terrible place for solar panels. This is because Germany has a high percentage of days that are cloud cover/overcast. Ziehan has solar panels on his house in Colorado. He at a place that gets over 300 days of sun annually. He is also at higher elevation where it is cold. Solar panels work better when they are cold.

The point is the Germans(and US) should be building nuclear power plants just like their neighbor France. It is like putting up wind turbines in places that are not very windy. Wind turbines are generally bad in most places. They are really stupid in places where there are not sufficient winds.

One would think that would be a big issue.

But nope, it’s like it never even happened.

If it is mentioned, then some cockamamie ideas that are not even remotely feasible get floated out there in some red herring attempt to draw attention away from the OBVIOUS.

Ukraine, the 2020 elections/J6 and Covid showed us something: The MSM and big tech are ~75-80% behind the Democrats and Biden. The Western MSM is not only pro-liberally biased, it is de facto an extension of the Democrat party, an unofficial public relations arm of this party. There is no “watchdog” function by this MSM when a Democrat is in office. The Afghanistan disaster faded away quickly, inflation isn’t really talked about much on CNN/MSNBC/CBS, and may it be Ukraine or Covid, we the public are fed a message which is 100% in support of the administrations policies and rationalizes all their decisions. Information which would shed a negative light on a policy or past decision is simply withheld, if not outright censored! The cause of this is debatable, but the fact that this is happening is beyond any question at this point.

I do not know what the alternative is, since we nationally have allowed government to mass censor, and they do: https://www.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN1DD29L/ (In the US you have mass censorship as everything IP coming into and going out of the country goes through two servers on the West and two servers on the East Coast which the government controls).

Where this problem becomes evident is on issues where everyone in the West can come to an agreement, i.e. the corporate/oligarch elite are in step with the political class and Europe and North America agree. At that point there is no more dissent or opposing view point since it will be ignored, or filtered as mis/dis information, inflammatory, and/or de platformed (civilian), or enemy “propaganda” and be censored (government) even if factually verifiable.

So there is no outside alternative or other perspective. We have created a world where 1984 is a reality.

You get told what you’re supposed to think on the important issues which are decided for you.

The immense stupidity of that way of thinking is astonishing. The wonder is that anyone pays the slightest attention to such nonsense. Rich, middle class or poor, we all have to eat. Get rid of farmers and who’s going to grow the tomatoes Heinz needs for its ketchup.

Good—every time Germany gets its act together there is a grim and terrible war. If Germany wanted to go nuclear how long would it take them to build an atomic bomb? A week? a month? What about an H-Bomb? Three Months? No, a weak green shackled Germany is the best for humanity. I want happy fat beer drinking Germans not Marching about to a drum wanting the rule the world.

I have a customer in Rochester, NY who has a house on Lake Ontario. Some winters his house actually looks like that from the wind/spray coming off the lake.

As much as we love to bash GWB, all I can say is “Thank god he kept Al Gore and John Kerry out of the White House”.

Good thing they shut down those 6 nuclear power plants instead of doubling or tripling that number as common sense would have called for.

Now they have massive inflation, a dying manufacturing sector, energy insecurity AND they’re pumping out more carbon than before. Oh, good thing they kept that ban on fracking in place too.

Gaia demands another sacrifice though. This time they need to sacrifice their agricultural sector.
