Good leadership requires a particular set of qualities. Not many “high quality” people have them.
Our culture and the “highly educated” definition of high quality has nothing to do with leadership, ethics, morality or relationships.
High Quality to them is someone easily indoctrinated in the narrative and eager to support it with no desire to challenge the narrative.
