13-year-old California bakery riot suspect arrested hours after release for robbery

The alleged person behind the wheel of a white Kia that plowed into a popular Latino bakery in Southern California before a mob of looters ransacked the business has been identified as a 13-year-old boy. That same boy was involved in another robbery just days later, Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna announced Tuesday.

The "street takeover" happened at Ruben's Bakery & Mexican Food on Jan. 2. A white Kia could be seen on CCTV repeatedly ramming the front door until it gave way, which led to about 100 looters running wild inside.

Earlier this month, Ruben Ramirez Jr. told "America Reports" that the material losses had accumulated to $70,000 and that there was even more unimaginable damage to the bakery and to the realities of his family left to pick up the pieces.

Days after the bakery incident, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy said he was walking into a Carson 7-Eleven store toward the end of his shift when he realized he walked into an armed robbery in progress, FOX 11 reports.

The juvenile was arrested Jan. 12 for burglary, felony vandalism, driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and inciting a riot. He was released to his family due to being a juvenile, and arrested again less than a day later for his alleged involvement in the Carson robbery.

RE: a 13-year-old boy

But he had been driving for three years without a ticket.

Typical California and LA crap. It says "arrested again less than a day later" but omitted "released an hour later on own recognizance."

Just guessing, but this sounds like black on hispanic crime. Hard-working Hispanics running a bakery, a very tough job. Then some young black punk puts them out of business.

Obama’s sons?

We can’t know because they are juveniles, but I’ll bet that I’m correct. They were wearing the proper attire.

They were just getting their reparations early.

Don’t laugh!

Just TALK of “reparations” sends the wrong signals to Blacks that they are “entitled” to other peoples stuff. Why WAIT?

NIKE, Just do it.

Black Youth, Just TAKE it.

Our society is in shambles! Beyond repair with ZERO will to repair it.

Can Jesus be coming back REALLY soon? I would not be surprised!

Are YOU ready?

Have YOU repented of your sins, confessed by mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior, that Jesus died for your sins and was raised from the dead?

Do so TODAY! Ask a Christian friend for help in understanding.

Its a last gasp of black dysfunction in Compton.

30 years ago, Compton was 75% black. Now its >70% Latino, and they will not put up with black dysfunction on their streets, or if there is dysfunction, it will be Latin gangs doing it.

By not sending him to a juvenile camp for a year lets him know he can get away with it again and again..............

Those not a juvenile are on the catch and release breeding crime is the rule of the day.

Third works countries don’t allow such actions.

Controlled destruction on the march.

And 100 years ago it was 100% white. Times change and neighborhoods change, but blacks seem to think of Compton as ‘theirs’ even though that time has passed.

Next they will complain they are living in a “pastry desert”.

Just like those folks in DC now living in a “CVS desert.” Their “youth” were emptying all the shelves at CVS and it closed.

Just like the new “burger desert” in Oakland where the In & Out just closed due to high crime.
