“What is the definition of “invasion”, in the Constitution? What was the common definition in the early days of the Republic?”

It has been used against the Chinese and the Irish in the past.

That’s the definition? Used against the Irish?

I am pretty sure that isn’t the legal argument the government will use against Texas.
