If I remember correctly, the issue here was 'Executive Privilege'; I believe that some shallow minded hack with the Bitem Admin had declared that he was suspending Donald Trump's Executive Privilege rights - in the name of Joe Bitem.

It seems surprising that a federal judge would accept an historical first time 'suspension' of a right that was first practiced by Prez George Washington. The judge appears to have struggled with some ambiguous aspects of the case against Navarro, as well perhaps, as the fact that the Jan 06 Committee destroyed the records of all their proceedings.

A bit of a head scratcher. 🤦‍♂️

Judge Mehta has not explained why Holder didn’t get a prison sentence.
